I haven't forgotten about your request. I've just had difficulty coming up with something to send you! Here's a reply I got from one person:
Spiritual resources? That is an extremely broad request, and without a little more focus than that, I don't see how to answer it.
However, if he's looking for an Adventist educational time line, I suppose some of George Knight's books on the history of Adventist education would be good.
Maybe you should connect him with an Adventist historian like George, or Jim or Dr. Damsteegt.
The "Jim" referred to here is Jim Nix, the White Estate Director and an excellent historian. I know he has a burden for making Adventist education distinctively Adventist. This includes being intentional about exposing young people to the resources the Adventist church puts out and acquainting them with the contributions of Seventh-day Adventists, not just turning to whatever the world is putting out.
I don't really know where else to go with your question. Maybe these thoughts will be a start, though. I'm glad you are serious about exploring this track. God bless!

Thank you, Elder Fagal. I have the Legacy of Light CD and will take a look. This summer, I will be chairing an NAD summer committee to develop Adventist resources for K-12 educators. I may ask one of the committee members to take what is on the CD and expand on it to include a stronger emphasis on Adventist education.
Could you guide me to any web sites or hard copy information that the summer committee could review and include in their work on spiritual resources for Adventist teachers.
This is an extremely important committee and I want to connect our K-12 system teachers to as many spiritual resources as possible.
Thanks for your advice on this matter as well.
___________,
Thank you for contacting the Ellen G. White Estate. It's always good to hear from someone from Berrien Springs, where my wife and I lived for 19 years!
I forwarded your message to Jim Nix, but unfortunately he did not have anything in print to recommend. We do, however, have a time line on our Legacy of Light CD-ROM, which has a number of important dates for Adventist history, as well as showing events happening in the secular world. Some education-related items are on those time lines, especially the ones from 1870 on: the opening of various schools, etc. You might want to take a look at it.
I hope this helps. Have a blessed Christmas!

Greetings-
One of our Lake Union teachers has been looking for an Adventist history time line (hopefully one that includes important dates for Adventist education as well as the church. Do you know of such a time line? This would be such a valuable resources to help Adventist students understand significant events in our church history.
I'm sure Jim Nix will know exactly where to guide me.
Please advise me. :)
