COn Islands Mission Secondary School / Colegio Modelo Adventista; formerly San Andrés Secondary School (San Andrés )

A coeducational secondary school offering a complete national secondary program, situated on the island of San Andrés and serving the three small Colombian islands of San Andrés, Providencia, and Santa Catalina. The secondary students attending from Providencia board with families in San Andrés. Until 1973 the secondary school used part of the facilities of the primary school, but in 1974 two classrooms were added to help accommodate the secondary students. The school was established in 1964 under the direction of Jaime Perry, and is recognized by the SDA Board of Regents and the Colombian government.
