Kambubu Adventist High School (PG) (PG)

A coeducational boarding secondary school situated on nearly 5,000 acres (2,000 hectares) of land on the south coast of the island of New Britain approximately 35 miles (55 kilometers) southeast of Rabaul. In 1993 a faculty and staff of 22 served the students. The students come from the islands of the Bismarck Archipelago and Bougainville. The school caters for the first four years of secondary education, and a number of young men are trained in building construction. Food for the students is grown on the school property, the gardens being cared for by the students during the afternoon work period.
