San Diego Adventist Academy (National City, California, US)

A coeducational day school on the senior high school level at 2700 E. Fourth Street, National City, California. Owned by the Southeastern California Conference, it serves the local churches of the Greater San Diego metropolitan area. The academy is a member of the Association of SDA Institutions of Higher Education and Secondary Schools and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The institution began functioning as a 12-grade school in 1930, with Richard B. Lewis as principal. The series of church schools and junior academies that eventually grew into the senior academy had its beginning in 1899.
