Solusi Adventist Secondary School (Bulawayo, ZW)

A coeducational boarding school operated by the Zambesi Union as a vocational secondary school situated 35 miles (55 kilometers) northwest of Bulawayo in Solusi College Farm east of the college campus. In January 1993 there were 235 students and 17 teachers. History. Formal education started at Solusi Mission when missionaries brought together 30 Matabele children who had survived the famine of 1897. The elementary school developed gradually, and by 1912 the school had 120 students in eight elementary grades. This development necessitated the establishment of a teacher training program in 1933.
