Stanborough Press Limited (Grantham, Lincolnshire, GB)

The publishing house for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It has a modern mechanized printing plant and is owned and operated by the British Union Conference. Its name derives from the fact that for 60 years it was situated at Stanborough Park, Watford, Hertfordshire, England, in close proximity to the other denominational institutions in Britain. The old Stanborough Press building was destroyed by fire on Jan. 3, 1964, and as a consequence the new modern plant was built in Grantham, Lincolnshire, opening in 1966.
