Harold Cobban

(1882-1962). Assistant treasurer, missionary. He graduated from Mount Vernon Academy (1904), and was married to Grace Thornton (1905). For the next two years he worked in the treasurer’s office of the General Conference, and then spent a term of service in Jamaica, Panama, and Trinidad. He again took up his work in the General Conference treasurer’s office and remained there until his retirement in 1951. He helped establish treasury offices in South America and the Far East.
