Isaac Wellcome

(1818-1895). A minister of the Advent Christian Church, author of History of the Second Advent Message (1874) and other works. He accepted William Miller’s teachings in September 1844, and after the Disappointment embraced the doctrine of conditional immortality. He was ordained in 1850. He was an acquaintance of James White and his associates, but opposed their teachings as fanatical.
