Otto Lüpke

(1871-1914). Educator and minister in Germany. He met Adventists in the mid-1890s, and after joining the church, entered the colporteur work in western Germany. Later he was ordained to the ministry, and in 1899 helped to found and then took charge of Friedensau Missionary Seminary, continuing as its head until his death in 1914. According to the Yearbook , he also served for periods as a recording secretary of the West German Conference, as a minister in western Germany, and as young people’s department secretary of the East German Union.
