Board of Regents

The denominational accrediting body for the academies, colleges, and universities in the world church. It was established in 1928 by authority of the General Conference, and it functions as an agent of the Department of Education in accordance with General Conference policies concerning denominational aims, standards, and the application of the Christian philosophy of education to curricula and methods.
