The Vegetarian Cuisine Instructor´s Program

A program supervised by the General Conference Health and Temperance Department for the purpose of preparing individuals in the Seventh-day Adventist churches and institutions to conduct cooking schools for their communities and their churches that will give a more accurate picture of the Seventh-day Adventist health message and lead people to a knowledge of a better way of life. It requires 30 hours spent in training, and it is preferred that only those thus prepared be authorized to teach classes in home nutrition for the church and community.
